The staff, including housekeeping and the restaurant team, were very professional and friendly. The front desk clerks were extremely helpful throughout my stay. "Great little boutique hotel in trendy Galata. Just 4 min walk to the tram and 5 mins up the steep hill to Galata Tower. The lebanese restaurant next door is fantastic and great coffee options all around including downstairs from the hotel. Staff are friendly. Nice balcony. Our bed was too big for the room and the sheets didnt fit, other than that, great value for a family of four."
