“Pleae, choose every thing except this hotel, they speak only chinese, the manageur is horrible. I don't have words to explain what I feel. Its was the worse time in all my life”

“Chef, we suggest need have the mask when they cooking the food and next, service personnel should suggest wearing masks if they are sick and catch cool ...”

“Good”

“This is a terrible hotel. The air conditioning doesn't work, and there's no storage for clothes. I booked a 10-day stay with my wife and child. When I saw the room, I decided to leave. The receptionist told me to contact Hotels.com for a refund. After contacting the agency, they told me the hotel refuses to issue a refund. So I lost almost $500 USD. It was a really bad experience.”
