We loved it---beautiful house in a beautiful part of the world

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Six of us, ages 25 to 84, spent a great week here---watching wildlife, swimming in the pool, soaking in the hot tub, hiking, cooking in, dining out, tasting local wine, making a trip over to the coast, sitting around reading and playing cards.

Great accommodations for large parties

Awesome stay

Was a perfect stay in the Paso area. Beautiful views and lovely property. The kids particularly enjoyed the game room. The large living / kitchen space is very inviting and perfect for cooking a large family meal. Want to go back and stay again!

Beautiful home, so much fun

3 families loved staying in this property. Very comfortable, clean and spacious. 4 full bedrooms plus a loft with bunk beds. House was stocked with everything you would need to host a large group.

Outstanding property! Large common spaces, comfortable bedrooms, great hot tub, and stunning location for a mid-winter escape. Well located for a variety of day trips that enabled us to make the most of iffy weather. Would certainly return if the opportunity arises!

Gorgeous view

The house was situation in a gorgeous part of Paso Robles. We loved the view and the privacy. Could have been cleaner and a few appliances broke during our stay, but the property manager got someone over to fix ASAP and discounted our stay.

Wine-Tasting Retreat Group

We loved our stay at Renata's Retreat! The house is so spacious and beautifully designed. The weather was a bit too chilly to get into the pool, so we were grateful for the hot tub. Lots of meals were made using the grill and evenings were spent around the fire table. Will hopefully be back!

I would recommend a fly zapper on hand :) But other than that it was a perfect get away and we will definitely be back.

Truly Beautiful!!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a birthday celebration weekend, and it couldn't of been better. So much to do for the whole family. Ping pong, basketball, darts and especially the pool were such a hit! Master bed was really soft and was a bit rough to sleep on. Dishwasher bottom shelf was broken but still functioned. We would recommend placing cages over the fire sprinklers in the garage to try to avoid a problem. Super easy check in/out. We would come back in a heartbeat!!!

The Perfect Retreat!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Renata's retreat was such an amazing rental, and perfect for our big group plus dogs. The place was so peaceful, with amazing views all around, the hot tub and pool were so fun, and the game room kept us busy for hours. I cannot say enough about the kitchen. The high end appliances and large 48" range/double ovens made cooking a total pleasure, and a large Thanksgiving meal was made without a hitch. The reclining sectional was also a great big hit for movie time. The beds were all comfortable, and the rooms all very nice. We would have liked to have snagged it for another year but it books up fast, as it should! We all hope to be back again. Paso Robles was a crowd favorite for sure. Also - Paso Robles vacation rentals was wonderful to rent from, and so responsive.

Exceptional Home- Very Poor Management

Great Hacienda home with awesome views. No instructions for any of the homes systems. Fireplaces would not work. False fire alarms kept happening. It’s winter pool was rightly covered but portable fire pit fuel ran out at 30 minutes use with no extra propane bottle. But worse the internet failed and managed tried to play it off as a breakdown, come to find out the internet service was never reliable at this location. Causing us to drive to Starbucks and sit in parking lot during pandemic to get a internet service. Finally after many attempts to fake repair and deceive they admitted the internet was never stable and offered no compensation for this basic service. Expected in this price range of house. Owners should change management. (Hopefully they don’t rate me poorly for this posting but I feel I need to forwarn future tenants)

Countryside setting, beautiful view

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The photos and description are accurate; the house is large enough to accommodate twelve guests. Large dining room table, plus another for games, puzzles. Large game room stocked as shown. Our stay was in July during very hot weather. Pool refreshing (no need for heat). Beds comfortable. Double-size living room for TV watching & games. Ample linens, including pool towels (and floats). Bathrooms had toiletries, hair dryer & tissue. Kitchen well-supplied, as was the pantry. The house has an Internet system in direct contact with management co. Auto-response is immediate. However, it takes time for staff to text back. Be advised that only one of our group had cell service (Verizon). Internet was steady, except when power out. Then no lights, ac, water or Internet available. [Outage no fault of Paso Robles Mgt.] There are a few upkeep issues at the house, but nothing that marred our stay. Many local attractions such as wineries, Cambria, Harmony & parks. I recommend Renata's Retreat to groups or families who want a quiet vacation stay in a rural area in a home with many amenities.

It rained the whole time I was there so didn’t get to enjoy the pool but apparently it’s not heated anyways so something to keep in mind during the winter months. Definitely got our use outta the jacuzzi. I would totally come back and stay again. Very close to a ton of vineyards too!
