To finalize your reservation, guests must:
✔ Sign our rental agreement within 48 hours of booking.
✔ Pay a $750 refundable deposit before arrival.

Pool heating The pool can be heated for an additional fee. Please inquire at least 48 hours in advance if you'd like to arrange heating for your stay. The typical cost is $400 for a two- to three-night visit, and heating must be scheduled for the entire duration of your stay. The pool temperature can be set to the low to mid 80s and generally, the ideal temperature for a pool is between 78°F and 85°F, although most adults prefer 85°F to 89°F. Spa heating is complimentary year-round, and we kindly ask that usage be limited to one hour per day to help conserve energy. For guest safety and water quality, we cannot heat the pool above 85°F. At higher temperatures, algae and bacteria can grow, and chlorine becomes less effective at keeping the water clear and safe.
No parties / quiet hours 10pm–8am (strictly enforced).
Max occupancy: 12 with casita. No outside guests allowed.
