「It was a horrible experience for our family. The check-in staff and staff in restaurant were nice and polite, apart from this, this hotel just did not fulfill the expectation on Sheraton brand. First, we arrived at the hotel at after 5pm, but the rooms were still not ready to check-in; the staff offered free breakfast for compensation. 「寬敞舒適」
