Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire cabin and the private boat dock. Enjoy everything this lakeside retreat has to offer!

The Neighborhood:
-Tucked along peaceful Watts Bar Lake, this waterfront cabin offers direct lake access and beautiful views. Located near marinas, golf at Tellico Village, and local favorites like Lakeside Grill and The Cove Café—ideal for relaxing and exploring nearby charm.

Getting Around:
-This location is pretty remote. You will need your own transportation. There is also extra room for a boat at our dock and a few local marinas nearby.

Other Things to Note:
NO SMOKING: Smoking inside the cabin will incur a cleaning fee of up to $150.

NO PETS: Pets are not allowed on the property. Unauthorized pets will result in a $150 cleaning fee and possible eviction.

NO FIREWORKS/FIREARMS: All firearms and fireworks are prohibited on the property.

AGE RESTRICTION: Minimum age of 18 required for booking.

QUIET HOURS: Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. No loud music or noise after hours.

LAKE SAFETY: Use the boat dock and water activities at your own risk. Please ensure safety measures are in place when using the dock or watercraft.

FIRE PIT: Fire pit use is permitted, but please ensure the fire is completely extinguished before leaving.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: The cabin is intended for quiet, relaxing stays. No large gatherings or events allowed.
