"We had wanted the first floor as we are older and have handicap placard. They could not accomodate that. So we had to climb up stairs. That was the only real drawback. They said this happens all the time with Expedia….. special requests don’t make Otto the front desk."

"Good budget friendly hotel. Rooms are small but neat. Our room seemed to have a "lean" or a slope toward the bathroom. Continental breakfast was as expected - nice simple selection of muffins, bagels, fruit, yogurt, juice and coffee but i didn't see the parfaits that were noted on the website. Staff was friendly and helpful. We did not get the chance to use the pool. Street signage could have been more prominent and it's a touch tricky getting out of the hotel as there's a signal light pretty close by."
