「Great place to stay, especially with the dog. Fabulous walking right from the pod door. The pods are great, all clean, the double bed is definitely cosy but their description of the pod on the website is accurate, it is basic but they never profess to be anything else. Barbecue in front of each pod is great, we cooked supper and breakfast on it, for all you carnivores, the butcher in Fownhope is fabulous. If you just need a base to chill out in, this is absolutely perfect.」

The Fleming suite entrance was right next to the communal front door which you could hear when opened. Our room would have benefitted with a door chain which was missing or a bolt to make the property feel more secure. Overall we had a good stay and would stay again in future. 」

「One day before my family's planned arrival, I received a call from the operator's husband to say there was no hot water and he wanted to give me the opportunity to book an alternative stay. I understood this to mean a refund would be given in this event.
