「OMG never seen such an awfull appartment, so dirty, cold, no WIFI, no teresteral TV, living room window was closed but didnt feel like it. Took about 20 mins to get into appartment as lock is knackered. We tried to get in touch many times onse so we couldnt stay there. We continued to try to contact every day and Hotels.com did as well. 「I've been ripped off on the cleaning deposit that i had to put down . The reason the host gave me was that we left a few pots unwashed and the house untidy . I think they are expecting guests to tidy the property for themselves . Stay away 」

「The Glass room is peaceful, spacious and so beautifully furnished, I don't think we have ever slept in such a comfortable bed, including our own! The location was perfect for us, visiting Flatford Mill, the Beth Chatto gardens and a little further afield, RHS Hyde Hall. It also gave us easy access to visit family in Ipswich. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend here and had everything we needed for a very pleasant stay.」
