Súper buen hotel. Las vistas que teníamos desde nuestra habitación eran muy bonitas, daban a la playa. Lo malo es que no pudimos coger el todo incluido. Lo bueno es que teníamos una cocina bastante bien equipada, si quieres microondas puedes pedirlo sin coste. Hasta había jabón para fregar los platos. El personal del hotel súper amable y atento. Habitaciones grandes y limpias. Lo único malo creo yo es que la piscina estaba muy salada, más que el mar. Pero volveremos sin dudar

Alles in allem wunderbar, außer …
Das Hotel liegt perfekt an den Klippen und man hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Das Personal ist auch total freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zwei Mängel haben wir allerdings. In unserem Zimmer waren Ameisen und wir konnten in kein anderes ziehen, es wurde uns aber dann mit insektenspray geholfen und dann hatten wir auch tatsächlich Ruhe. Zweite Kritikpunkt ist „all inklusive“. Also wenn ich diese Option buche, gehe ich davon aus, dass ich mir nicht aus einer Handvoll Gerichten etwas aussuchen MUSS. Wir konnten auch nicht alles trinken, sondern es gab eine extra all inklusive Getränkekarte wo zb Cocktail mäßig Tequila sunrise drin war, Sex on the Beach aber zb nicht. Also das fand ich dann doch sehr schlecht. Beim Frühstück waren die Softgetränke sogar nicht verfügbar, für Gäste die keine warmgetränke oder keinen Saft mögen auch nicht vorteilhaft. Da ist auf jedenfall noch Luft nach oben.

Our family room was horribly dirty upon arrival (first hotel we visited where black curly hair was visibly on display on the sink top, not only in the shower, but also there- arghhh, si disgusting), the bathroom - old, obsolete and dirty - but also the bed sheets (feces stains and again black hair - none of us has dark hair). Just incredible. This is NOT a 4 stars!!! Even in a 3 stars you have more decent conditions. We were allocated (booking done long in advance) a “family” room (where the age of our toddler was mentioned) facing the restaurants and bars, with noise and parties going on day and night. We spoke with hotel manager explaining it was impossible to stay there with a small child who needs rest and offered to pay even double for a room change - room facing the other side, the ocean. The hotel manager got irritated, telling us we booked a “cheap” room and talked to us in a very disrespectful and rude way. We left the hotel the next day (even if paid in advance for full week) as it was unbearable, just disgusting. This is not a hotel for families (size of pool for “children” doesn’t even fit 4 or 5 kids). There are many wonderful hotels in that area, we went to H10 Atlantic Sunset which was magnificent and wonderful services, kids friendly.

L'hôtel est retiré de la foule et offre une vue exceptionnelle sur l'océan atlantique. Les petits dej extra et le repas du soir super ,nous avions le choix entre plusieurs plats servis par le personnel nous avons pu goûter pleins de spécialités canariennes. Le personnel adorable et les chambres spacieuses. Le seul bémol reste le manque de clim dans les chambres, nous avions un ventilateur mais avec une prise cassée, nous l'avions mentionné à l'accueil le premier jour mais malheureusement celui ci n'a pas été changé. En tous cas reviendrons avec plaisir si nous choisissons de revenir une 4eme fois à Ténérife.

Mietwagen ein must have, tolle Aussicht, nettes Frühstücks- und Rezeptionspersonal. Auch die Reinigungscrew war freundlich. Einzig der Restaurantchef von Donnerstag Abend dürfte auch mal lächeln und etwas zuvorkommender werden. Pool-liegen werden ab 7:30uhr mit Handtüchern den ganzen Tag belegt. Absolutes no go. Hiergegen sollte was unternommen werden. Geräumige Zimmer. Meerblick zwingend mit zu buchen...Aussicht ist fabelhaft. Schirme müssen bezahlt werden. Das finde ich für ein Hotel nicht angemessen.

Amazing 💜
Absolutely amazing hotel. Was completely shocked when I arrived with my sister I did not expect the hotel to be as nice. Loved the chilled out atmosphere as soon as we arrived. The staff on reception were lovely and nothing was too much they were very helpful. The room was stunning and I will definitely be returning in the future. The only thing that wasn’t great for us was the food, the breakfast was okay but we went down for dinner one night and there was not a lot of options on the menu so we went somewhere else. The pool looked lovely but again we didn’t use as it was overcrowded a lot of the time. For me and my sister this wasn’t a problem as we were out most of the time anyway.

There is no air conditioning at this hotel so our bedrooms were incredibly hot. When we first arrived the bedroom was 36 degrees and we were only given one fan between 3 people. Eventually managed to get one more, but still only had 2 fans between 3. No one slept.

Gorgeous gorgeous hotel with amazing ocean views. Large clean rooms - very modern and the comfiest beds (which actually made me oversleep a few times). Staff have customer service at heart and have a warm demeanour. We had the half board which was very affordable £480 for 5 nights for two people. Breakfast was yummy, lunch selection was a bit meh (had once - there’s room for improvement) and dinner was yummy also. This hotel is perfect for a nice break from the busyness of life. So happy with the stay. 4.5/5 ❤️🌊
