“I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The welcome was warm and friendly, and I felt very well taken care of from the moment I arrived. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and everything was fresh and delicious. The only small thing I would have preferred was to have two chairs on the balcony instead of the lounge sofa. It would have been lovely to sit outside together and enjoy the balcony. However, this was only a minor detail and did not affect my overall……

“This hotel is amazing. We stayed in a villa with private pool and loved it. The hotel is very clean and the staff is friendly. The spa services are good. I had my nails done and had a massage both were worth it. The only down side is all beaches are a drive away. So if you don’t mind not being in the action stay here.”

“Pleasantly surprised - we booked this as a last minute deal - we got a good deal - didn’t expect much with looking at the reviews. The property was clean, could be better maintained. You can only use the Al fresco bar for all inclusive food and drink which is annoying. However, The food was great - no complaints. Drinks were local brands but again no complaints. The skybar was stunning and cocktails were ok. The resort is in a fantastic location. Within the resort around the pools were……

“We planned to stay here for 2 weeks but moved out after one night. We were told that the pools that are shown in the pictures were not accessible by us. Others were using the pools, but there was a locked fence between our units location and the pools. It seems the pools were closed for the units use for a while, and we were not informed about this...and the photos seem to indicate that the pools were available. Please note that there is no air conditioning. We were told to keep the windows……

“The staff was attentive and friendly. The room was basic and the views depending on the location can be nice. The food was also very basic, but had some highlights on theme nights. Overall the place is really meant for families with small children. The all-inclusive part was not worth it in my opinion, the wine was terrible, the sodas were mostly flat, and the liquor selection was not great.”

“Guilla from reception was so welcoming she went above and more to make us feel special which was a great first impression our room was clean and had everything we needed we did spot a cockroach on the balcony which didn’t bother me as it was outside but my wife was worried we called reception and soon after a gentleman arrived at the door sprayed the balcony and the doors never seen any insects after that”
