「Check in at 4pm is kind of too late. Normal 3pm already very late, and checking out at 11am create heavy lifts jam and long waiting at the lift lobby. Many end up going down by stairs with heavy bags.」

「Very upset with front desk staff not giving proper information about parking. My booking was included free parking but during check in staff was told that no free parking for my booking package and ask to park jockey pay rm50 or open parking per entry RM5…
This is unacceptable behaviour of front desk staff who duty.. have no choice, have to park open parking and pay rm5..
then have to walk to hotel room. Luckily no rain that day..」

「The building look new but interior paint work and door, wall, look old. Lighting very not bright. Beds are all tatami style, very inconvenient for elderly people. Also bed go mites cover yellowish....」
