「This house fit all 9 of us comfortably. The old house is a little creaky, but has lots of character. Having three bathrooms was a plus! It has absolutely everything. All the kitchen stuff you would need, lots a games and puzzles, a large deck and yard with lots of outdoor furniture and even a propane heater and fire table. We stayed there for my son's wedding at Thornewood Castle, and my whole family had a great time.」

「Beautiful little house! Only concern is the shower is difficult to regulate , would go from cold to scalding with no water being used anywhere in the house!! Shower handle extremely difficult to turn. My husband is very strong and even he had difficulty!!」

「We enjoyed our time as a family in the roomy artistically pleasant home with all amenities necessary were available. The only complaint came from our adult children who slept in the secondary rooms. They said their beds were uncomfortable and they were unable to get a good nights sleep. We did not have that experience in The master bedroom.. We slept well.overall a very nice experience.」

「It was a short stay, but it was easy check-in and check-out. The hosts were kind and supportive. The RV was spacious (including the bathroom), easy to get around in and had everything I could need. Though I did not have time to enjoy the porch or fire pit, it was right there, and the view is amazing. This place is a no brainer.」

「Very nice house, great place to stay. Lots of seating, both inside and in the different outside areas. We all very much liked it and would gladly stay again. It was our first time on Anderson Island and definitely not our last. A few caveats, though- the driveway is steep, and made of loose gravel. Can be a bit tricky, particularly if your car is loaded with multiple people. The bunkbeds in the main floor bedroom are rated for a weight limit of 165 lbs- so probably just for kids or smaller...

「Home was comfortable with lots of room to visit and kids to play, close to shopping and restaurants but in a quiet neighborhood. We absolutely loved staying here. 3 brothers and their families and everyone had room. It was perfect.
