We didn’t even ask them for a shuttle pick up from our bus stop but a car with a driver was already there They provide free shuttle to and fro Sukurai station which I wish I knew from before. "OMG!! From the 11 course feast to the stone onsen (spa bath) to the friendly staff to the gardens (beautiful even in Feb before all the acers get their leaves & the cherries their blossoms). Dressing up in a yukata; eating & sleeping in a tatami mat room with sliding doors and windows - you HAVE to do this if you are anywhere near Osaka."
