"During my stay at Fairfield by Marriott Mie Kumano Kodo Mihama, the most annoying issue was the restriction on the in-room TV. The television is clearly a modern smart TV equipped with apps like YouTube and Netflix. However, the hotel has blocked all of these functions for no clear reason, making them completely unavailable to guests. In a quiet area like Kumano Kodo, where there isn't much nightlife, being unable to stream anything to unwind in the evening was a major letdown. It makes no sense for the hotel to install Smart TVs and then intentionally disable their core features. If you enjoy watching YouTube or Netflix during your hotel stay, be prepared for a disappointing setup here."
