“Very loud heard staff yelling late in evening. Lots of noise at night.”

“Wonderful place. Very clean and nice. Beds were comfortable. My only complaint is there were people yelling and cussing all night on the 4th floor. Other than that the hotel itself was worth the money. Staff was friendly as well.”

“Had to stay overnight in Johnson City recently for an event at ETSU. chose this property due to the fact it was rated Excellent on Expedia, and it was fairly cheap. Upon arrival, I immediately knew I’d been duped. The grounds are not kept up at all. Not a bad sign when the outside looks like an abandoned building. The check in was fine, but upon entering the room you are met with humidity along the lines of a tropical rain forest. Imagine old, aging window unit AC that isn’t properly……

“Hotel was clean and located near lots of chain food restaurants. I did not receive great service at the hotel burger spot; the burger was overpriced and trying to be fancy, and it took burgers way too seriously.”

“This property is in poor condition. There is no gym, and the photos are outdated. The hotel appears run-down, with insufficient staff. There is black mold throughout the hotel, despite it being marketed as a non-smoking property. Trash cans were overflowing, and the entire hotel has a strong, unpleasant odor. The Continental breakfast was disappointing, with expired food and moldy bread. I am still awaiting a response from Expedia management regarding my complaint.”

“I walked into my room to find a bucket on the bed catching water from a leaking roof. The non smoking room smells so badly like smoke. I was in the room for a total of 1 minute before leaving and finding a different place to stay. The property refused to give any refund.”

“Tried to charge me 11$ more than the price I was given online when I made the reservation. I showed him the confirmation email and he then refused to rent me a room all together over me wanting him to honor the price I had already confirmed online. Did so by using various hand signs because his English was less than understandable. Terrible experience and the place appeared to be filthy going by what the parking lot and lobby looked like. I don't imagine the rooms being any better but never……
