“This place was absolutely beautiful. Two men were outside to greet us at this location as well as assist with bags. The staff was very friendly and assisted us at every step of the way including airport taxi. Everything felt luxurious. The people were amazing. It was unfortunate we only stayed a day but I cannot wait to visit again.”

“I don’t think the suite was worth the extra money. The sitting room lacked comfort- seemed like they didn’t know what to do with it. Could have been a really comfortably use. Surprised that there is no dressing table. And no mirror in the bedroom. Only by the front door. Unique pros and cons Pro Breakfast. Sit down service is great food great quality. Spa voucher- must go. Was great and well thought out spa. Designated pool is a nice touch - but not the best pool at the hotel Cons Priority……

“We stayed only 2 days and one night. Positives were a lovely big hotel with well appointed rooms and delightful shower and bed comfort. Loved the pools but it was extremely busy during our stay and we struggled to find even a single sunlounger even though four of us - didn’t feel great having to put our things on the floor to go for a swim. It was Gran Canaria day though so perhaps this was ann exception. Also parking had run out of space so we had to pay EUR25 to park across from the hotel in……

“Window broken and unable to fix. Noisy in rooms in early evening and early mornings as lots of kids. Biffet pretty good. Inexpensive markets and places to eat rigjt around hotel”

“Tricky hotel ! I pay 170 euro to upgrade the room but the first night I stay the temperature like sauna ! The air conditioner doesn’t work and the secondary I fount the filters all dust ! More ridiculous is my friend visit me and no use extra towel and bed they charge me 130 euro more ! I feel like tricked There is more good quality and better hotel around with reasonable price ! It turn down my feeling for such great island ! A bad experience in my life !!! ”

“This really is a little Oasis next to the beach. We had a wonderful view of the palm trees and the beach. The pools were lovely and not busy. The best thing is the food. Breakfast and evening dinner, loads of choice. Entertainment is excellent too. Dukes band did an Abba tribute one night and a Queen tribute another night. The Tina Turner show was also great. Empire vocal group from South Africa were spot on with their Greatest night in pop show. Will be going back for the third time”

“It’s rated as a 3 star accommodation. The apartment furniture is dated. It’s has very nice swimming pool and extremely well located to walk to the beach… only 5 minutes. We would stay there again!”
