「This is a beautiful oasis in the countryside, near Selinunte and beaches. It was such a great place to escape the heat, the stress of driving around Sicily using google maps, and traveling in general. Masseria del Carboj has modern amenities, nice aesthetics, a beautiful pool in the middle of vineyard, and feels like you're in Napa valley. The restaurant (Racina) at the hotel is absolutely amazing, like Michelin star level food, so definitely eat here when you stay. 」

「Our stay was extremely comfortable. The property itself is beautiful, very well maintained, and features an excellent restaurant. The staff were attentive, efficient, and consistently courteous, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!」

「Loved this property. So welcoming. Home cooked food was quick and tasty. Amazing fish pasta followed by sea bass. Can't complain about that! Didn't have time to enjoy it but the pool looked amazing. Breakfast relied on a bit more processed and pre packaged pastries than I'd like. There was a good choice though and plenty to fuel us for the day. A great stopover. Remote and peaceful.」

「This hotel was amazing!! The rooms were great, and i loved the balcony. The breakfast was very good, the location was great, and the staff was amazing!!! They were the nicest and most helpful people, this is a great choice to stay in. 」

「Really peaceful and comfortable place in the country but it's not too far from the seaside town and ruins. Had its own little restaurant serving a lovely 5 course meal with wine and coffee for less than you'd pay in town. Good breakfast in the morning completed a really nice stay. Very friendly staff」

「Let’s begin by saying how beautiful this hotel is. You are literally close to everything. Second the staff is probably the best you will find at any Hotel. The level of comfort is second to none. If your from another planet you will feel at home there. Breakfast was excellent.」

「The room is spacious, new and clean. The location is good if you are taking bus as the bus terminal at the upper historic town, then can just walk to lower historic town. Breakfast can pick the cafe on list and Silvia has recommended some good restaurants and pizza shops too. 」
