Friendly piazza life

A most enjoyable week in this delightful apartment. It was very well placed for visits to several interesting towns and of course the amazing Euganean Hills. We also enjoyed the life of the piazza outside!

Really nice, modern appartment in the centre of the village. The owner is very friendly and so were the people in the supermarket and restaurants. Beautiful environment for walking and cycling. Nice place to stay!

Terrific Teolo

Maurizio's apartment was great. It had everything that we were seeking. A market and a pharmacy are steps away. Two restaurants are even closer, one being practically just outside the stairwell door. I would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous apartment

The apartment is fantastic, exceptionally clean, absolutely loved it! The square is beautiful and pizza restaurant next door was great, ate there 3 nights, other restaurants in the village were also lovely Maurizio, the host was always available to contact. Parking was fine, always a space just across the road behind shops. We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay

Great place, very clean, Very Beautiful place and a lot of Space with a Great Kitchen.the landlord was great, even made us pizza one night, Was very good. we would recommend putting a Queen size bed up stairs, the pull out was not good to sleep on. also Parking can be Difficult, because of the 2 Restaurants we had to share with for parking spaces.

Feine Unterkunft in vielseitiger Umgebung

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön. Das alte Gemäuer hat viel Charme und zugleich ist es stilvoll eingerichtet und superzeitgemäß ausgestattet. Es mangelt an nichts. Die Lage zur kleinen piazzetta hin ist traumhaft und trotzdem recht ruhig. Dank der Klimaanlage lässt es sich auch bei sehr hohen Außentemperaturen gut im Innenraum entspannen. Der Eigentümer und Vermieter Maurizio ist sehr hilfsbereit und unkompliziert und steht einem mit Tipps zur Seite. Außerdem spricht er sehr gut Deutsch. Einziges Manko: keine Terrasse oder Balkon, wobei uns das nicht weiter gestört hat. Die Umgebung ist von der Hügellandschaft der colli euganei dominiert, was zum Entdecken kleiner Dörfer und zum Radfahren/Wandern einlädt. Aber auch die Städte Padua, Vicenza und Venedig sind recht nah. Insgesamt eine tolle Unterkunft in einer vielseitigen Umgebung.

Traumhaft schön resturiertes Haus mit einer tollen Ferienwohnung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Sehr gute Lage in einem urig-italienischen Dorf - ideal für diverse Ausflüge in die wunderschöne Umgebung. Besonders netter Kontakt zum Vermieter, der mit vielen Tipps unseren Aufenthalt bereichert hat. Bei unserem nächsten Urlaub in der Region kommen wir sehr gerne wieder !!

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Wir haben die Tage in Teolo und im Apartment Domus Tito Livio sehr genossen. Alles war perfecto - Einrichtung, Ausstattung und die aufmerksame Betreuung durch den Gastgeber. Die Restaurants im Ort sind zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Mittendrin

Die Wohnung entspricht exakt der Beschreibung. Zur Piazza heraus Italienisches Dorfleben, nach hinten heraus ruhiges Bergidyll. Es gibt sehr viele Radsportler und Biker, die diese wunderschöne Ecke schon vor uns entdeckt haben und besonders am WE etwas nerven können. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und sind entschlossen wiederzukommen! Vielen Dank an Maurizio für die gute Betreuung und die vielen guten Tipps!

Wohlfühlen pur

Wir waren für 12 Nächte in der Wohnung und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man für einen unbeschwerten Aufenthalt braucht. Die Fotos geben die Wohnung genauso wieder, wie wir wir sie angetroffen haben. Auch wir wurden bei der Ankunft 1mit Wasser und Wein im Kühlschrank und einer leckeren Pizza vor der Rückreise überrascht und verwöhnt. Teolo ist ein kleiner Ort, hat aber eine gute Infrastruktur: Sehr viele gute Restaurants in der Umgebung. Es gibt zwei sehr gute sogar gleich nebenan und über die Piazza. In Fussweite bietet einer kleiner Supermarkt Dinge für den Alltagsgebrauch (Food und Non-Food) an, nebenan ist eine Metzgerei und ein Obst-und Gemüseladen. Teolo ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die "Colli". Der Vermieter hat dazu verschiedene Broschüren mit Wandertouren zu den vielen Hügeln, in verschiedenen Sprachen (D, D, E) - war sehr hilfreich für die Planung. Mit dem Schnellzug von Montegrotto ist man in 40 min in Venedig. So lohnt sich ein Tagesausflug. Die Orte Montagnana, Este, Arqua Petrarca haben uns besonders gut gefallen. Kurz: Hier verbringt man eine herrliche Zeit in schöner Umgebung und einer Unterkunft mit absolutem Wohlfühlcharakter.

Van alle comfort voorzien appartement aan dorpspleintje met winkels op loopafstand.

Vriendelijke ontvangst van eigenaar. Goede ligging voor wandelen in de omgeving maar ook op korte afstand van trein station om bijv naar Venetië te reizen.

Wunderschöne, liebevoll und komplett eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Der Vermieter ist super freundlich und spricht perfekt deutsch. Gaststätten, Bars, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Apotheke alles im Umkreis von 150 Meter, trotzdem wundervoll ruhig und entspannend. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in einem renovierten Altbau

Sehr geschmackvoll, komfortabel und hochwertig eingerichtete, geräumige Wohnung in stilvoll renoviertem Altbau, zentral an der Piazzetta von Teolo gelegen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Herrliche Aussicht auf die umgebende Landschaft. Ideal als Quartier für Wanderungen im Euganäischen Hügelland und Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Städte wie Padua und Vicenza sind gut zu erreichen. Verschiedene gute Restaurants in Teolo und Umgebung, kleinere Läden als Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort. Fazit: Wir haben eine wunderbare Urlaubswoche genossen!

This is an amazing property and perfect in every way. The owner, Maurizio, and his family are wonderful and Maurizio makes awesome pizza. The apartment is situated in a historic building that has been restored beautifully - no detail has been left out. The apartment is appointed with everything you would need, even for a long stay. I can't recommend this place enough. We will definitely be back.

geschmackvolles Apartment

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, so wie auf den Bildern abgebildet, sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben den Kaminofen sehr genossen. Maurizio ist ein freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Der Ort Theolo an sich ist sehr nett und liegt idyllisch in den Hügeln. Aber die zahlreichen Serpentinen locken am Wochenende ebenso zahlreiche Motorradfahrer und Motorsportfreunde an, die für eine entsprechende Geräuschkulisse sorgen. Daher unser Tipp: am Wochenende die naheliegenden Städte besuchen.

Appatement Domus Tito LIvio

Ruim appartement op 1e verdieping, bereikbaar met trap vanaf pleintje met 2 restaurants, waarvan er 1 al 's morgens vroeg open is, vooral voor de vele wielrenners in de streek. Ontbijten t/m dineren kan dus op het 'eigen' pleintje. Ook alle andere faciliteiten, van buurtsupermarkt t/m farmacie zijn vlakbij. De bezienswaardige plaatsen, bijv. Verona en Venetië zijn goed bereikbaar met de auto. Teolo is bereikbaar via wegen met enkele haarspeldbochten. Het appartement is voorzien van alle noodzakelijke uitrusting en de gastheer, Maurizio, doet daar nog wat extra's bovenop, als blijk van gastvrijheid. Hij woont achter het appartement en is altijd goed te bereiken en reageert snel. Zijn vriendelijkheid en gastvrijheid maken een verblijf in Teolo onvergetelijk. We kunnen een verblijf in dit appartement in Teolo van harte aanbevelen!

On a scale of 1-10, a 9.8, or maybe 11.

This apartment is either the best self-catering we have every rented, or one of best two. Location: Teolo, lots of up and down roads, switchbacks, glorious views and bicycle riders. The Piazzetta Bar and Ristorante is next door, pastries in the morning, then open at lunch and at dinner. Within 2 or 3 minutes walk are a fruit and vegetable store, a butcher/salumeria and a grocery. Also on that row is a Farmacia. A post office is a half-block away. The big Famila store in San Biagio, about 15 or 20 minutes drive, will cover you if you need it. There are countless things to do and see within the Colli or just around the edges. Our favorite was the town of Este, with its medieval walls, archeology museum and the BEST gelato. Some places are only open weekends. Others have complicated hours. Maurizio provides brochures but you need to look up every single place online and make sure you have the information you need. The apartment: Piazza Tito Livio, 15, is the European home I dream about. It is spacious, comfortable and attractively furnished. The kitchen has everything you can need and there is a washer AND a dryer. The bedroom and living room both face due east and the sunrises are BREATH-TAKING. Parking is occasionally a challenge. There is a construction project underway the piazza is popular. In a pinch one can park a two-minute walk away in the parking area adjacent to the school. Our Host: There is no human being kinder or more concerned than our host Maurizio. and he not only makes the best pizza imaginable, he delivers it to your door! (Saturday night is pizza night.) When we had questions I just texted on WhatsApp and he responded immediately. Now I am not there. The sun will not rise over any hills outside my window, I will not hear a rooster welcome the dawn. I am so sad. I cannot recommend Domus Tito Livio too highly.
