Our stay at Tamanu on the Beach was nothing short of perfect. The private plunge pool villa was stunning—beautifully designed, incredibly comfortable, and offered the perfect level of privacy. The entire property is visually spectacular, with breathtaking views and a relaxed luxury feel throughout.
The food was outstanding. Every meal was fresh, beautifully presented, and genuinely delicious. What truly sets Tamanu apart, however, is the staff. Every single team……

“The whole team were so welcoming and helpful. Petter and Anna are lovely and accommodate any needs. Shout out to the dive team as well who showed me the house reef. The whole experience was more like a holiday with friends or family than what you get at a big resort. Meals and cocktails were amazing and all are made with passion. Loved my time there thank you all. Evan”

“Staff were lovely and helpful. Food was great but a little pricey. If you are elderly or have health issues make sure your accommodation is on the lower areas of the property as a lot of the rooms are high on the hill with steep access paths in areas.”

“Food offerings were pretty standard, although the Teppanyaki was awesome. Pool was very good. Boat to the Erakor resort for Lunch/Dinner was very useful. Significant refurbishment from 8am to 5pm was annoying, made it difficult to relax on the verandah - due to drilling/grinding etc. Room was well located next to the lagoon, spacious and functional. Loved our 1st visit to Vanuatu, the close proximity of Erakor and Ramada hotels provided lots of eating/drinking options.”

“I would like a refund for the accommodation. The property was not as advertised.
There was no operating restaurant.
The room was unclean
The shutters on the windows broken.
Overall very unsatisfactory and not what was represented. I would like my $1200 money returned.”
