“You will not find a more exceptional hotel in the Lauterbrunnen Valley. The Palace is stunning, with 360 degree breathtaking views in every direction. Many rooms have balconies of these stunning views. The staff is wonderful and the amenities are excellent. Both their restaurant and bar are excellent, and the rooms are clean and updated. The town itself and walk down to Gimmelwald is so enchanting that we were constantly in a state of awe!! Small grocery store and all you need are in Mürren,……

The room is neat and tidy with a nice balcony.
There is construction work nearby and the hotel provide 3M earplug for us that shows the empathy of the hotel.”
“酒店位於Lauterbrunnen站附近，坐火車停站前已經可以望到。走路大約5-10分鐘路程,有斜路、樓梯，但也算輕鬆。酒店職員友善，英文不錯！我的是山景房間，雪景很美。旁邊是到Mürren 的cable car ，上到去可以看到007的取景場地雪朗峰。雖然旁邊是纜車站，但噪音也不大，關了窗就沒有聲音。”
“C’est la 3ème année que je séjourne dans cet hôtel. Proche de Saas-Fee, l’accueil est chaleureux…..hélas, personne ne parle le français! Du coup, c’est assez compliqué de communiquer! Le patron, Peter, et son personnel sont très sympa ! Très bon rapport-qualité-prix au restaurant. Petit-déjeuner copieux. ”

“Very enjoyable stay at Albergo Regina. Beautiful valley views from the suite balcony and dining room. The staff were very helpful with local information. We enjoyed a few dinners, and they have a good selection of wines in the bar.

Sehr gefallen hat uns das Abholen/Bringen am/ans Parkhaus. Da SaasFee autofrei ist, wäre es sonst sehr mühsam gewesen. Weiterhin haben wir die Möglichkeit die Skis in der Nähe der Skilifts zu lassen, sehr geschätzt. Schliesslich möchten wir noch die ausserordentliche Flexibilität des Hotels am Abreisetag erwähnen.
