「從火車站(上車地點在火車站對面的商場，乘電梯到負二層)乘坐巴士四個站左右，約10分鐘就可以到達酒店。從酒店行5-10分鐘就到達舊城的巴士站，在這裡可以坐巴士去San Gimignano等。這裡附近也有Conad超級市場。然後再行15分鐘左右就到達舊城中心，貝殼廣場。火車站內的超級市場貨品款式也很齊全。 酒店的早餐豐富，還可以請職員提供手沖咖啡。」

「Location wise, it is right in the center of Siena and is close to all the tourist attraction points. It is also the only five star hotel within the walls of Siena. The hotel is well equipped, and since we booked the best suite in the hotel, the view from it is spectacular. The suite is spacious, the interior is of an European style but with a modern touch, room service is excellent and all the staffs are super friendly. 「A wonderful overnight stay at this historical and traditional building, close to the heart of Siena. Very quiet, with a wonderful view over the Tuscan countryside from our room...coffee-making facilities and a fridge with cold water (essential in this current heatwave)...a good choice of breakfast options, all served by Valentina, who was the perfect host. She took time to chat with us about the traditions of Siena, and could not have been more helpful...we hope to return one day soon.」

「Great property in the middle of Siena. Room was beautiful, great shower, comfortable bed and we were on the top floor so a beautiful view. Great staff, Sara and Adele were very welcoming and super helpful. No elevators and a steep stairwell (fine for us but just be prepared to climb stairs). Would definitely stay again. 」
