「We were greeted with a warm welcome by Francesca who was very lovely! She was very accommodating and kind. The breakfast she served was excellent with lots of options. The room was very spacious and very clean. The pool was a very nice retreat to relax after shopping and visiting with family. I wish we could have stayed here longer. I will definitely recommend and return here! Loved our stay here and felt very safe.」

「The location is beautiful. The room horrible, beds uncomfortable, mattresses worn out, king bed was separating into two as soon as you lay down. Breakfast food choices were limited. Place is too big for the company to manage.」

「Really lovely place. In a quiet residential area. Easy to get into Palmero on the bus (about 45 minutes). Lots of nice restaurants near by. Great place to relax in hot pool and then go into do tourist stuff. We loved it.」
