Terry Hotel with Pool

"The lighting in the bathroom is terrible. You can not see good enough to shave or even comb your hair. And the tightness in the bathroom is unbelievable close. "

"When I arrived the black out shade in my room was down, completely on the floor. I spoke with 3 different people on 4 different occasions and the issue was never rectified. I enjoy sleeping in when I'm on vacation and was unable to because of this maintenance issue. At the end of my stay there was still no attempt to compensate me for the inconvenience."

Pool was absolutely FILTHY. Another guest stopped me in the hallway to complain about how dirty the floors were in her room. Will NEVER return!"
