This hotel was very nice for our stay. It was clean and very much like an apartment with a full kitchen. The staff was very kind and helpful, we also used the laundry for 5 euro a load which I found very reasonable. However, the location of this is not ideal for traveling. The town had one restaurant which is good but not ideal and google maps told us there were more, but they were all closed or didn’t exist. We knew the drive to sights would be far but 2-3hrs every day got pretty tiring so make sure you are aware of that before you book.

Positiva . Unica nota negativa , chi soggiorna con appartamento che si affaccia , su strada "come me" deve subire tutte le sere il fumo del barbecue(sono3) che è a disposizione dei clienti , immancabilmente entra nell'appartamento anche con il balcone chiuso.

Ottima posizione. Personale disponibile e gentilissimo. Appartamento semplice ma comodo per le esigenze di una famiglia, stupendi gli spazi esterni comuni ed ottima la possibilità di utilizzare i barbecue. Funzionale anche la piscina riscaldata.

Da non ripetere mai piu!!!

Partendo dal presupposto che il check-in e alle 16 mentre in check-out alle 9.30 del mattino cosa mai vista in Europa a parte questo essendo un residence non abbiamo avuto a che fare con il servizio dico solo che i materassi erano talmente scomodi che al momento di ripartire ero felice naturalmente ognuno ha quello per qui paga e naturalmente prenotato in posti più costosi e con meno polacchi che sorgionavano nel residence e cantavano fino alle 2.30 del mattino .

Soggiorno a Tesero

Soggiorno in residence tutto sommato gradevole. Alcune informazioni non sono riportate in maniera esatta o omesse. La cucina non ha la macchina espresso, come erroneamente riportato, solo la moka. Purtroppo, appena arrivati, sia la piscina che la piccola area benessere sono chiuse il sabato. Si richiede di portare da casa gli asciugamani per la piscina, ma, prenotando l'area benessere, vengono forniti alla reception. Gli appartamenti appaio rinnovati e di buon livello. Il check-in alle 16 e il check-out alle 9,30 non sono certamente una comodità. Il personale molto gentile e sempre pronto e disponibile. La fermata dello skibus a circa 100 mt, il centro più lontanuccio. Si consiglia di arrivare in macchina, il paese di Tesero non offre niente, chiude tutto alle 12,30 e poi alle 19. Meglio spostarsi a Cavalese. Gli autobus purtroppo non rispettano gli orari, molte corse previste nelle brochure non sono rispettate.

Alloggio spazioso ma situato in pessima struttura

L'alloggio che ci è stato assegnato presentava arredamento moderno ed abbastanza spazioso, ma per arrivarci dalla hall occorre percorrere un labirinto di corridoi e scale. L'accesso dal retro della struttura non è sicuramente agevole, dato che raramente si trova un parcheggio libero e che l'alloggio era situato al terzo ed ultimo piano di uno stabile tipo " condominio" senza ascensore. Pertanto è possibile capire il disagio per il trasporto dei bagagli... Piscina piccola e bruttina. Carina e pulita, seppur piccola, la SPA. Ho soggiornato in altre struttura della stessa catena con soddisfazione ma devo dire questa mi ha molto deluso.

Prima klein appartement! Wel gehorig.

Prima appartement maar vrij klein voor 5 personen. Slapen op krakende slaapbank was geen pretje dus gelukkig hadden we een luchtbed mee. Receptie zeer behulpzaam. Omdat het matras oud was en we de veren voelden kregen we een nieuw matras. Leuk dorpje, klein maar fijn.

Muy bueno

El establecimiento es muy bueno. Tiene piscina climatizada (no muy caliente) y un spa con sauna húmedo y seco muy bueno. El departamento es muy lindo, con excelente calefacción lo cual es ideal cuando se vuelve de esquiar. Buenos placares, cocina con anafe y heladera bien equipada. La atención del personal es para destacar por su amabilidad. Lo único que puedo objetar es el colchón de la cama principal que estaba un poco incómodo pero el sofá cama del living es muy bueno. La zona es buena si bien no tiene acceso a las pistas de esquí está a unos 6km de pampeago que es un muy lindo centro y a 3,5km de cavalese lo cual si uno anda en auto no es un problema. Volvería sin dudarlo

Esperienza da ripetere

Abbiamo soggiornato per la seconda volta in questo residence che abbiamo prenotato anche quest'anno perché ne eravamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Ineccepibile l'accoglienza alla reception, super la pulizia dell'appartamento e degli ambienti comuni. Ottima la posizione strategica per le partenze alle numerose passeggiate e agli impianti.
