Nestled at the base of the Tetons in Teton Village, Tram Tower 5 - Slopeside Haus offers a luxurious and modern retreat for mountain enthusiasts and families alike. This stunning property boasts 4 spacious bedrooms and an additional bunk room with two sets of built-in twin bunks, perfect for accommodating larger groups or creating a cozy space for kids.

Thoughtfully designed and fully updated, the home features sleek, modern finishes and an open-concept layout ideal for entertaining. The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with top-of-the-line appliances and ample counter space. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the living spaces with natural light while showcasing breathtaking mountain views. The top floor is dedicated to ultimate comfort and privacy. The master bedroom, with its king-size bed, offers a luxurious retreat complete with a private bathroom and dual vanity. Down the hall, you'll find two additional guest bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and private bathroom, ensuring comfort and convenience for all.

The complex offers a complete fitness area with men's and women's locker rooms and sauna. In the summertime, there's a private pool and tennis court for guests use. A dedicated storage closet is available for guest use.

PLEASE NOTE: Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is a year-round resort facility. Please expect operational noise at any given time in a 24 hour period from grooming equipment, avalanche bombing control and any additional infrastructure operations.

In the winter, enjoy seamless access to some of the finest skiing terrain in North America. During the warmer months, explore the nearby Grand Teton National Park or take advantage of the summer activities at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, including hiking, downhill mountain biking, and paragliding.

Teton Village is also home to a vibrant après-ski scene, with numerous dining options and live music at the world-famous Mangy Moose Saloon. Whether you're looking to relax or adventure, this well-appointed condo provides the perfect base to experience all that northwestern Wyoming has to offer.

*Upon booking, a digital contract is required to be signed within 48 hours. This will be emailed to you. Your booking is not finalized until this is signed and received. Booking is subject to be cancelled if agreement is not signed within 48 hours.

**For bookings of 30 nights or more, final availability is subject to homeowner approval. A lease agreement along with a security deposit will be required. **

Winter Amenities & Access
- Parking is available for two vehicles in the garage along with an additional two spaces in front of the garage
- 4WD vehicles are highly recommended in the winter

Important Policies
- Motorcycles, trailers and RV's are not allowed
- Pets: Pets are not permitted at any of the Rendezvous Mountain Rentals properties during short-term rentals. Service dogs are allowed with prior notification and completion of required paperwork. Note that Wyoming does not recognize Emotional Support Animals as service animals, and property owners are not required to accept ESA documentation. Please contact the Rendezvous Mountain Rentals office for further information if traveling with a service animal or ESA.
- Long-Term Rentals: For stays exceeding 30 nights, a lease agreement and security deposit are required.

Outstanding, renovated property, basically ski in-ski out

This was one of the best ski rentals we have ever had. Every imaginable kitchen appliance was provided and excellent quality. The place is brand new (renovated) and great for couples, as 4 bedrooms have king beds. One bunk room for small kids. Includes a boot drying rack, and storage for all ski gear. Thank you!
