    Welcome to "Johlim," a large and beautiful holiday rental spread across 2 storeys, nestled in the charming coastal town of Benissa, Spain. The house is surrounded by a large, beautifully maintained, and fully fenced private garden that offers both tranquillity and privacy, creating a serene outdoor sanctuary for guests to enjoy throughout their stay. A kidney-shaped swimming pool takes centre stage in the outdoor area, offering a refreshing escape in a secluded and fenced setting. Reliable Internet WiFi connectivity ensures guests remain connected throughout their visit, while on-site parking for up to 3 cars provides effortless convenience from the moment of arrival.

    The outdoor spaces at "Johlim" are thoughtfully designed to offer both relaxation and recreation in equal measure. The private garden is generously sized, well-kept, and fully enclosed, providing a safe and peaceful environment for all guests. The kidney-shaped swimming pool measures 4 x 8 metres with a depth ranging from 120 to 200 cm and is available throughout the entire year, from 01 January to 31 December. The pool area is fenced for added safety and privacy, and features an internal staircase for easy access. A WC is conveniently located within the pool area, and an outdoor shower is available for rinsing off after a swim. For those seeking active leisure, a table tennis table is also provided, offering a fun and engaging option for guests of all ages.

The property is a 6-room house thoughtfully distributed to ensure both privacy and generous communal areas for all guests.

    On the ground floor, the heart of the home is a large, open-plan living and dining room featuring satellite TV with international channels, gas heating, air conditioning, and a fan, with direct access to both the garden and the terrace. Adjacent to the living area, a large open kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering stays. Also on the ground floor, the first bedroom features 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from a private shower and WC, air conditioning, and a fan. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with a fan. The third bedroom is similarly configured with 2 single beds of the same dimensions and a fan. A separate shower and WC is also available on this level.

    On the upper floor, the fourth bedroom is equipped with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a private bath and WC, air conditioning, and direct access to the terrace. The fifth bedroom on this floor features 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a private shower and WC, air conditioning, and a fan. The upper floor also benefits from access to a large terrace.
