Family hols

The accommodation suited all ages Location was very private in a very pleasant area not far to the main facilities and beach.Note car needed. We very much enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this holiday home .

Great location for a nice holiday

We had a wonderful holiday in this villa! The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and comes with all the necessary amenities. Both indoors and outdoors are very comfortable – the terrace offers a beautiful view, and we enjoyed having barbecues (although the BBQ wasn't entirely clean when we arrived). The villa is a bit dated, especially noticeable in the kitchen and bathroom, but everything works well and nothing was lacking. The beds varied in comfort: the single beds were very comfortable, while the double mattress was a bit firm. The pool is large and lovely, though a bit cold – especially when the weather isn't particularly sunny. The ping pong table was a fun bonus that we made good use of.It's helpful to have a car at this location, though with a car you're just a short drive away from the village. Communication with both the owner and the local contact person was excellent. All in all, a great spot for a relaxing holiday!

Casa Julia

We spent a lovely month at Villa Julia. It was exactly as described and communication with Alex and Claire was excellent. The villa was all on the flat apart from a few steps up to the door, spacious and well equipped with everything you would need. The pool and terrace were relaxing with comfortable outdoor loungers and eating area and had views out over the valley. The location was good with a leisurely 20 minute walk into the centre of Moraira so no need to take the car on an evening out. However it is a steepish hill on the return but the taxis are very cheap from Moraira. Thank you once again Claire and Alex

Très jolie villa bien située

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans la villa d’Alex et Claire. Nous n’avons manqué de rien, tout est bien aménagé (intérieur comme extérieur). Nous recommandons cette location 👍

Séjour idéal

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances. La maison est impeccable et suffisamment équipée pour 7 personnes, bien placée sur les hauteurs de Moraira et à proximité de commerces. Claire et Gwen sont très réactives à la moindre sollicitation. Seul bémol : le BBQ situé très près d’un arbre.

Perfect villa in Moraira with stunning views

We stayed for 12 nights here at Casa Julia and must say it was everything as described. Lovely large and well maintained villa, with a great clean swimming pool and terrace area. Relaxing evenings with amazing views over Moraira that you’d struggle to beat. Claire and Alex the hosts were attentive and extremely responsive in assisting us with a couple of questions during our stay. We would love to return to Casa Julia in the future for our trip to Moraira again. Thank you!

Nice stay

We had a nice stay at casa Julia. Everything was as described, a cosy casa with enough room for the kids, big pool, quiet and calm neighborhood, … . We had a little problem with the water one day but they immediately sent someone to fix the water pipe. We also had a good communication with Claire and Gwen and would like to thank them for the trust, to let us use their casa during our vacation! :)

Great family holiday

Great villa in a really good location, short drive to Moraira town centre and beaches. Very quiet neighbourhood. Really spacious property, well equipped and homely. We especially loved the pool and the beautiful view. The delicious figs and almonds from the garden were also a massive bonus :)

Agradables vacaciones

Bonita casa, bien comunicada a 5 min de Moraira. Checkin cómodo. Gran variedad de utensilios de cocina, limpios. Amplias habitaciones y zona de día. Agradable espcio exterior. A/A en todas las habitaciones y el salón. El único pequeño inconveniente de la estancia, uno de los A/A de las habitaciones no funcionaba pero no se lo comunicamos a Claire.

Villa Julia está en una zona muy tranquila y, al mismo tiempo, muy cerca de todo: tiendas, mar, senderismo... La piscina, los rincones dentro y fuera de la casa, muy bien todo.

Un lugar que transmite tranquilidad

La casa es una maravilla, amplia, tranquila y cómoda. Su ubicación, aunque algo retirada de la playa o el centro de la ciudad, es ideal para pasar unos días ya que no tienes el agobio de la gente pero lo tienes todo cerca. Lo único que recomendaría a los dueños ( que por cierto son encantadores y nos atendieron en todo momento) sería cambiar el personal o empresa de limpieza ya que la misma dejaba mucho que desear. La limpieza es sin duda lo que estropea la estancia, ya que por lo demás es una casa y un enclave espectacular.

Necesita renovación

La casa es amplia y muy bonita. Tiene una piscina bien cuidada ( viene una persona 2 veces en semana) con hamacas y barbacoa y un espacio exterior con mucha variedad de plantas y arboles. Sin embargo el interior está descuidado. Nos lo entregaron muy sucio. Cortinas, cristales, toallas en mal estado. El interior de los armarios estaban llenos de polvo, el horno muy sucio...y en general la casa necesita renovación. La wifi ha funcionado mal y la tv solo en ingles. Cuando llegamos me puse en contacto con el propietario y me comentó que mandaría al dia siguiente a alguien para limpiar y no ha aparecido. Esta casa bien cuidada y limpia sería una maravilla porque tiene una estupenda distribución y la ubicación es ideal.
