  • El Portet: Beautiful, comfortable villa "Ca Toni". 2.4 km from the centre of Moraira, in a quiet position, 800 m from the sea, 800 m from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property 1'000 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (36 m2, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: air conditioning. Supermarket, restaurant, bar 800 m, bus stop 2.5 km, sandy beach "El Portet" 800 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
    5-room villa 180 m2. Tasteful furnishings: living/dining room 45 m2 with satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed, bath/shower/WC and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer). Exit to the terrace. Sep. WC. Underfloor heating. Upper floor: (exterior staircase) small living room with air conditioning. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. Deck chairs, box-room. Very beautiful view of the sea and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, dryer. Parking (roofed). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Excellentes vacances

Très belle villa, bien entretenue, très agréable à vivre, il manque juste un aspirateur. Attention pour les familles avec de petits enfants les 2 chambres sont séparées de la maison principale. La piscine est superbe et bien entretenue. L'équipe Interhome de Moraira est fantastique, professionnelle et se met en 4 pour simplifier vos vacances, merci beaucoup

Perfect location BUT no aircon

We love this villa and stayed there last year too BUT this year was extremely hot compare to last 11 years ( this was 12th year of us coming to Moraira) ! Villa is beautiful spacious, too old-fashioned in many aspects..but the biggest problem is no Aircon and no wifi ..which in this price point is a huge disadvantage

La casa estupenda. El trato con la agencia de alquiler muy bueno. Tuvimos un problema con la piscina y trataron de resolverlo enseguida. Como no se pudo solucionar de forma rápida, tuvieron una deferencia con nosotros. Muy amables. Para volver

Fallos de esta casa

La casa está muy bien, pero nos decepcionó en dos cosas muy concretas. La primera es que no tenga aire acondicionado y tampoco mosquiteras. Es una casa situada en la montaña y nos entraban muchos insectos en especial, mosquitos y muchas arañas que estaban por toda la casa. Se nota que eso no lo limpiaban hacia tiempo ya que en todos los techos había telarañas. Y la TV no tiene canales españoles solo alemanes. No pudimos ver la tele ni un solo día.

Lovely Pool and View

800m to El Portet Beach down straight hill - Incline coming back but taxis plentiful. No Air con so can get hot. Lots of extras such as iron and 2 hairdryers. Two of the three bedrooms were separated from the main part of the villa, great for us just be aware you have to go outside to the pool area or the fron to access. Villa lovely and relaxing on an evening, good facilities and very clean

Buena estancia, la villa bien presentada, aseada y limpia, mas o menos lo que sale en las fotos, si bien convendría especificar que dos de las suits están independientes del centro de la casa, lo cual no es malo, solo digo que si se indica de una forma más clara, pues mejor, y la otra suit si que está integrada en el núcleo central de la villa. Son tres habitaciones con sus respectivos baños, todo independiente unos de otros, con lo que resulta agradable,.. y la piscina muy agradable. bbq ok

Sehr schönes Haus, leider ohne WIFI

Das Haus ist sehr schön, der Ausblick ist großartig. Beanstandet werden muss, das kein WLAN vorhanden ist, so etwas gehört heutzutage zur Grundausstattung. Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern ist das Haus nur bedingt geeignet, da im Haus und am Pool Absturzfallen lauern. Die von Interhome bereitgestellten Handtücher waren zum Teil sehr zerschlissen.
