"This is a little bit older property but overall everything was clean and very easy to deal with! I was traveling with dogs for an event to show and their policy was so nice and sensible for a change! Will stay again if I'm in the area."

"Room was clean. That is the most important thing! Bed was comfortable. Breakfast wasn't the greatest. Eggs were watery and sausage was cold. Coffee was weak. Also if you are Staying Saturday or Sunday Breakfast doesn't start till 7am. So used to 6am start time wish this was that way here."

"Asked for a later checkout and was told it would be fine as long as we were out by 3 pm as 4 pm is when they would charge for another night stay. At 12:15 house keeping banged on the door demanding us to leave so I called the front desk again and he informed me he told me 2 pm was the time he stated (which he did not —he said 3 pm) I informed him if the calls are recorded he should go back and listen to our conversation as he at this point was lying about it. He put me on hold to go speak to house keeping which I’m positive he probably just put me on hold and didn’t say a word. Terrible customer service in my opinion."
