Upon arrival we found the parking lot empty and the lobby locked up. When we tried to enter, two ladies leaned out of the window above the door and told us to check in at the hotel next door. So we walked around over to that other hotel and of course the receptionist had no idea what they were talking about. Unable to even check in we ended up having book a different room at a different hotel down the block.

This location ran two motels, upon arrival I was told by staff that the motel I reserved was trash and I shouldstay at the other room for a lot more. I will not book at this place again. also a hundred dollar deposit is required

Al llegar al lugar, estaba cerrada la recepción, intenté comunicarme varias veces para que me abrieran la puerta, solo se escuchaba el teléfono de recepción sonando y nadie contesto, me comuniqué a servicio a clientes de hoteles .com y amablemente me encontraron un nuevo lugar, para hospedarme.

I have already sent a comment to hotels.com and I’m awaiting a response. You guys should really be concerned about the property being in your network. A real example of bait and switch, making a reservation at one property and then being escorted to an adjacent property when they knew full well the place where I made a reservation was a disgrace.

Pull up to the travel lodge kids are sitting in the second-story window sill with her legs dangling outside drapes look terrible parking lot terrible almost scared to get out of my truck no one in the lobby drunk in the hallway tells me to go next-door to the remodel is there receptionist is there I had to upgrade to the remodel which was not much better I would never ever stay there again

I was not even able to check in
I arrived at 6PM on Tuesday, and waited for ten minutes.
I was told to come back as she had to launder the sheets. I gave her my license to photocopy. I came back at 7PM and there was no one there and another couple wanted a refund as well. When I booked, the hotel was non-refundable so I guess I am out, and I did not bother to come back to stay the next day. I stayed at the Econolodge down the street and drove back to Bossier City on Wednesday.

Never stay here!
I didn’t stay at the room because the accommodation were not up to par! The pillows were filthy and the room smelled. There was trash bags linings the hallway. No staff on site

The worst hotel I’ve ever stepped foot in
The pictures on the website do not represent the hotel. The hallways smelled like urine. The pictures on the wall were full of mold from roof leaks. Not a surface had been painted or cleaned in years. Sheets had stains and burn holes everywhere. There was no comforter. The light in the bathroom was rigged up to where you had to plug a lamp cord in that was electrical taped to the ceiling fixture. Major fire and shock hazard. We left with out a refund. Don’t stay there.

Don’t stay here
I just lost this money. I didn’t check in. Looked like crack heads lived there. Drive around the building. Broken windows. Awful. The worst thing I have ever seen. I don’t know how this even stays open.

Don’t bother
We went in to check in and there where three ladies sitting talking on the couch, the one lady ask if she could help me and when I said I had a reservation she said I’d have to wait on the manager and she didn’t know when she would be back. Nope, not staying here! A man was I. The hall yelling he needed a key and curtains from outside was gross. We just left, got a nice hotel across the way and had a great nights sleep.

Avoid at all costs
The place was filthy run down and needed many repairs. Light bulbs were missing TV remotes not working. This is truly a place for people with no other option. I was afraid to even use the bed for what I might find. I left and went to another motel up the street.
