Excellent property in quiet location

Lovely property situated in a quiet rural location. Twenty mins drive to Talmont and Meschers, 30 mins to Royan. Thaims is a farming community so expect to hear tractors working the fields. Supermarket ten mins away in Cozes. Patrice the patron is lovely, speaks very good English and is always available on the phone if needed. Well recommended 👍

Séjour très agréable dans une jolie propriété

Tout c'est très bien passé, de la réservation au dernier jour du séjour. Très jolie propriété, bien équipée au global. Le propriétaire sait se rendre disponible en cas de question, il est très réactif. Pour le ménage, c'était correct mais pas très affiné. La prise en charge se passe bien grace aux explications transmises par le propriétaire. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de notrnotreséjour.

Superbes vacances à la mer

Location effectuée pour profiter des plages. Pour avoir loué souvent en gîte de France, je peux dire que cette longère est la mieux équipée de ce que j'ai pu avoir jusqu'à maintenant... Top confort, rien ne manque, mention spéciale pour le lave linge et le lave vaisselle, bien utiles en vacances... Enfants et parents sont ravis, merci.

Notre séjour de 15 jours était vraiment idéal ! La location est à 20 25 minutes de beaucoup d’endroits très chouettes pour les enfants. La location est dans un endroit parfaitement calme et très bien équipée pour une famille de 4 personnes !

Agréable découverte de la Charente-Maritime

Logement très spacieux et très bien équipé avec un grand extérieur en pleine campagne -donc très calme 😉-. Nombreux parcours de VTC et VTT avec des paysages différents de l’arrière-pays à la côte de l’estuaire et de l’océan un peu plus loin . Ventilateur bienvenu dans les chambres sous les toits lorsque la canicule se fait sentir.

La nature et le calme

Location pratique et fonctionnelle

Logement bien équipé, bien situé et très calme. Il manque peut être des ustensiles pour manger des crustacés, en étant placé si proche de l'océan c'est dommage... Les équipements extérieurs n'étaient pas très propres, notamment le barbecue que nous n'avons pas utilisé vu son état de saleté. Le propriétaire a été très réactif quand nous en avons eu besoin.

Wir haben des Ferienhaus das Teil eines alten Herrenhauses war, für 14 Tage gebucht. Es war unser erster Urlaub in Frankreich. Wir fanden das Haus genau wie beschrieben vor, es fehlte an Nichts. Die ruhige aber auch günstie Lage des Hauses als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die nähere und weitere Umgebung konnten wir sehr genießen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter funktionierte tadelles, Fragen wurden sofort beantwortet. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder,

Bon rapport qualité prix

Une belle maison typique charentaise bien rénovée et confortable. Tout est prévu au niveau électroménager. La région présente de nombreux lieux d'intérêt, culturel, historique, viticole sans oublier la mer. En revanche, des soucis de connection en Charente-Maritime mais si on est pas pressé on y arrive. Nous sommes habitués à être accueillis dans d'autres locations par le propriétaire. Cela permet un rapport de confiance, debriffer sur le fonctionnement de la maison et de parler des différents coins de la région. Mais le propriétaire est venu quand j'ai eu besoin et à été très aimable. C'est un ressenti personnel.

Séjour très agréable à Thaims

Nous avons passé deux agréables semaines dans la maison de M. Lust qui a été disponible quand nous avons eu besoin de renseignements. La maison est très bien rénovée et décorée avec goût. Il y a tout ce qui est nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances dans une très belle région. Nous avons apprécié le calme aux alentours et être, en même temps, relativement proches de nombreux points d'intérêt. Seul petit bémol, la connection internet (indépendant de la volonté du propriétaire) mais cela permet de déconnecter 😉

Bon séjour

Très belle rénovation avec de beaux matériaux. Maison bien équipée (four électroménager), les radiateurs fonctionnent très bien .Un calme monacal surtout en l'absence de d'antenne télévision à notre arrivée(problème réglé dès le lundi par un électricien envoyé par le propriétaire) . Presque zone blanche pour les réseaux téléphoniques. Par contre problème d'humidité (certains joints du carrelage de la salle se décollent), l'ensemble des ustensiles de cuisine étaient recouverts de moisissures... L'arrivée du soleil tardif dans la saison devait arranger la situation. En dehors de l'humidité bon séjour à mon "travail" 😁 De très jolis lieux et plages dans un rayon de 20 km

Ein wunderbarer Ort!

Wir haben unsere Woche hier sehr genossen! Für uns als Familie war die Unterkunft perfekt, es war alles da, was man braucht. Die Iinder hatten sogar ihr eigenes Kinderzimmer. Wir waren schnell am Meer und konnten Abends die idyllische Ruhe genießen. Eventuelle Fragen konnte man ganz unkompliziert klären. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gern wieder!

Erholsamer Urlaub in sehr ruhig gelegenem Teil eines Herrenhauses

Das Anwesen ist sehr ruhig gelegen, inmitten von Feldern und kleinen Wäldchen. Die Fewo befindet sich nicht direkt im Herrenhaus, sondern im Nebenbau, der früher mal ein Stall gewesen sein könnte. Wir haben die Wohnung leicht gefunden und die Schlüssel waren wie beschrieben hinterlegt. In der Küche war alles vorhanden. Mit den notwendigen Lebensmitteln konnten wir sofort Essen zubereiten. Auch die Schlafräume und das Wohnzimmer waren gut ausgestattet. In den nahe gelegenen Orten Rétaud und Cozes gibt es eine Post und Läden für den täglichen Bedarf. Der nächste wirklich gute Strand ist der Plage du vieux phare, etwa 50 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Die Fewo ist ein schöner Ort, um mit Freunden einen erholsamen Urlaub zu verbringen. Strände sind zahlreich vorhanden und Tagesausflüge nach La Rochelle oder Bordeaux empfehlenswert.
