Unser Urlaub im Ferienhausdorf Thale war sehr schön. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vieles ist zu Fuß erreichbar und auch die anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Es gibt einen Brötchenservice und ein tolles Freizeitangebot vor Ort. Die Ausstattung unseres Hauses war sehr gut. Die Damen an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und haben uns alles sehr gut erklärt. Auch für unseren kleinen Hund war das ein schöner Urlaub. Es gibt sogar einen eingezäunten Hundespielplatz .Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr gepflegte Anlage, sauber und ruhig. Das Haus: beheizbar, Warmwasser vorhanden, auch große Dusche und eine Sauna. Verpflegung kann man problemlos bekommen. Auch eine Gaststätte sowie ein Café sind an dem Ferienhausdorf so gut wie integriert. Es waren entspannte Tage in Thale.

Ich finde die Lage der Anlage super schön und auch die Anordnung der Häuser ist gut, nicht zu dicht an den Nachbarn. Die Möglichkeiten für Familien mit Kindern sind klasse. Zum Haus selbst: Grundsätzlich ist alles nötige vorhanden, was man benötigt. Die Einrichtung ist okay, nichts was jetzt hochwertig ist, deshalb würde ich es als durchschnittlich bezeichnen. Die Betten-Matratzen sind eher nur okay. Was wir schlecht finden ist, dass die Kaution bar bezahlt werden muss und erst nach ca. 3 Wochen per Überweisung auf das Konto zurück überwiesen wird, so kann man seinen Cash-Flow auch hoch halten.Ein plus ist auf jeden Fall die Sauna, welche wir leider aufgrund der hohen Temperaturen leider nicht getestet haben.

Vorsicht, versteckte Kosten!

Wir waren mit den Enkelkindern in einem Wochenendurlaub! Das Objekt ist insgesamt für Familien mit Kindern sehr gut geeignet. In der Umgebung gibt es jede Menge Möglichkeiten für Freizeitaktivitäten. Die Ferienhäuschen sind zwar nicht sehr groß, aber von der Raumaufteilung optimal und für 5 Personen durchaus geeignet. Überzogen sind nach meiner Erfahrung die versteckten Kosten. Man zahlt für Wasser, Heizung und Strom. Das wäre noch okay. Die Endreinigung 100 Euro ist schon deftig. Aber dazu kommen noch Handtücher, Geschirrtücher (Küchenpaket) und sogar Toilettenpapier. Da kommen an einem Wochenende schnell mal noch 250 EUR zusätzlich zusammen. Außerdem zahlt man Kaution in Höhe von 100 EUR, bei der man nicht konkret weiß, wann und ob man sie wieder erstattet bekommt, denn eine Abnahme wird bei Auszug nicht gemacht und man hat keine Bestätigung, die Unterkunft ordnungsgemäß übergeben zu haben. Im ungünstigsten Fall ist man als Mieter dann in der Beweispflicht.
