The Acoustic Hotel & Spa was amazing. We stayed here for part of our honeymoon and the staff was wonderful. They greeted us at the front door and helped with our luggage. When we checked in they brought us drinks and fresh fruit in the lobby. We had a couples spa package that was so relaxing! The front desk staff greeted us and wished us well every time we left and returned to the property. The rooms were spacious and house keeping kept everything nicely maintained and provided complementary waters, wine, and fruit. Absolutely recommend for anyone visiting Hanoi.

The room was solid, the breakfast delicious, but most of all Angela made my stay so lovely and was so accommodating no matter what my needs were. You can’t find service like this in many hotels, and the location is STELLAR. You will find yourself blown away by how convenient most things in the Old Quarter will be staying here.

The service was impeccable from the check-in bHowever we had disrupted sleep staying in the Ruby Room (which faced the road) as renovations went on till early in the morning.
The hotel staff were sympathetic and offered to move us to another room. They also arranged for a complimentary airport transfer.

20 min walk from hanoi train station. the staff are very kind and accomodating — they will help with tour booking, airport car service, etc. breakfast is included and was great! they will prepare 1 hot dish of your choice in addition to the buffet-style standard offerings. had a great stay!
