「The staff were very friendly, especially the receptionist. This is an old Manor House that is listed, so they are restricted by what improvements they can make. It has a lot of character and charm and was very reasonably priced. 」

Had a meal with family in the evening & can definitely recomnend eating here - food is excellent, using local ingredients. Had bacon rolls to takeaway on checkout, which was a nice surprise. Looking forward to our next stay - we wouldn't go anywhere else when visiting the area.」

「Tucked away in unspoilt countryside . It was indeed a warm, cosy double. Soft muted colours, furry blankets, gorgeous comfortable bed. Felt immediately at home' . The garden with twinkling lights and restaurant decoration are charming and food first class. We canx our booking due to an unforeseen hospital stay but could then make it and staff handled this effectively- thank you . We loved it and will be back. Thank you so much x 」

「Lovely rooms geat value for money. Food was lovely. Bar staff could have been better, didnt have any prosecco in fridge and didbt seem to want to use initiative to solve the issue with ice bucket and ice also told us we could finish our drinks outside at end of night - weird. 」

「Spent two great days at this B&B. It's off the main highways in a small village environment. Peaceful, quiet and relaxing. We had a warm welcome from the staff, who were helpful, friendly and made our stay relaxing. The room was large, clean and stocked with tea, coffee and water. The bed was comfortable and it was very quiet at night. The breakfast bun was amazing, the bacon and sausage tasted great. We had an evening meal which was also prepared and cooked well.
