This unique rental offers an indoor pool, hot tub, 16-foot ceiling, and a games room, all just steps away from the Orchard Express Ski Lift. Set in a secluded natural environment, it provides luxury accommodations for an unforgettable stay.

The Space:
As you step into this chalet, you'll immediately sense the exclusivity that sets it apart from anything else in the region. With an allocation of 8 spacious bedrooms, we offer versatile sleeping arrangements that cater to your group's needs.

Each bedroom boasts a custom-built closet and select rooms provide dedicated work desks. All beds are custom-made with Canadian pine wood and we use five-star luxury hotel mattresses and bedding. The property has 5 full bathrooms, including an ensuite with a bathtub off the primary suite.

No expense has been spared in providing a magnificent Indoor Pool retreat – a temperature-controlled room, revealing the pool and hot tub featuring a tranquil spill-over waterfall.

The gourmet kitchen is a popular place for everyone to hang out around the expansive stone waterfall counter seating areas within the main area of the chalet with 16’ soaring ceilings. The room is encased with large windows into the outdoor natural setting and electronically controlled blinds for shade and privacy available throughout the property.

The upper floor expansiveness was designed to feel open and spacious for everyone to enjoy with easy access to the well-appointed bedrooms.

There are 2 social areas with Samsung flat screen 75” and 85” monitors mounted above gas fireplaces and Sonos Sound System. Each space has plenty of seating provided by custom leather couches and chairs. The lower social area has a wet bar, a classic pinball game, and the latest Golden Tee Golf simulator.

The property is controlled by independent temperature-controlled areas, for the ultimate environmental balance.

Our chalet includes a large washer and dryer set. High-Speed Wi-Fi throughout. Free Parking is available for up to 8 cars and an Electric Vehicle charger is available for complimentary use.

The property offers a great opportunity to gather outdoors. The architectural design has been created to provide an unparalleled getaway of comfort, sophistication, and adventure. This Chalet is perfect for corporate, friends and family gatherings.

Our guest concierge services may arrange for a private chef, wine pairing, massage therapy, and e-bike rentals based on availability. We can also make yoga, breathwork, and cold plunges available. Just ask and we will do our best to help customize your stay and ensure any convenience required is available.

Guest Access:
This is a self-check-in property. On the day of the check-in, you will receive an Arrival Message with the Access Code for a door lock.

The Arrival Message will be sent to you as soon as we have received:
• Filled-out Online Check-in Form, which is sent to you after your reservation is confirmed
• Required documents, like a signed Rental Agreement and a picture of a government-issued ID
• Pre-authorized Damage Deposit, which is required for every reservation

Standard Check-in Time - 4 PM. Standard Check-out Time - 11 AM.

Early Check-in and Late Check-out can be requested, however, they are not guaranteed and are subject to approval. An additional $50 will be applied for Early Check-in or Late Check-out extra services, once they are confirmed.

The Neighborhood:
The Blue Mountains offer four seasons of recreation and entertainment activity. The Orchard Run Chalet is in the heart of this wonderful area with simple access to all amenities by foot, bike, and car, such as the bustling Blue Mountain Village, where you'll have easy access to a variety of shops, and restaurants; Scenic Caves, Scandinavian Spa, wineries, provincial parks and beaches and the town of Collingwood and Thornbury in either direction and so much more.

The Orchard Express ski lift is steps away from the chalet and one of many lifts servicing the Blue Mountains.

Hiking along the mountain trails, Biking along the famous Georgian Bay trails, and great walking paths everywhere. Several public beaches on Georgian Bay are a short drive away.

Getting Around:
You can find the best way to our chalet by visiting your own unique and personal Guest Portal. You will have access to this personalized portal once you have made your reservation and filled out your Online Check-in Form.

Other Things to Note:
• An STA fee of $100 is applicable to each rental.

• The Town of The Blue Mountains has implemented a mandatory Municipal Accommodation Tax (MAT) of 4%. It is a fee collected on short-term and overnight accommodations and paid by visitors when they book a room with a local accommodation provider.

• A Pre-Authorized Damage Deposit is required to gain access to the property. Additional DD is required when pets are present.

• Bed Linens are provided for all 8 bedrooms. Linen is packaged and sealed for our guest protection and left at the end of each bed. Included in each linen set are a fitted sheet, a top sheet, and 2 pillowcases.

• We do provide 1 bath towel per person for each rental. Additionally, we provide kitchen towels, shower mats, and hand towels in each of the bathrooms. Also, for each bathroom, we provide 3 rolls of toilet paper, 1 box of Kleenex, a hand-washing soap, body wash shampoo, conditioner.

• A BBQ station has a gas line connected to it and does not require a gas tank to use it.

Interaction with Guests:
At Stay at Blue Mountain we provide our guests with unique and personalized Guest Portal. Once you've made your reservation and filled out the Online Check-in Form, you'll receive access to your own Guest Portal. There's no need to download any apps or worry about compatibility issues - all you need is an internet connection. On this Portal you will be able to:

• Review information about your stay
• Learn how to use chalet amenities
• Explore the neighborhood
• Request extra services
• Connect with our agents

The Guest Portal is also designed to be shared with other members of your group. Each person will have their own portal with access to all the same information and features, so everyone can stay informed and up-to-date throughout their stay.
