Family break

Although there was no snow as originally planned we were able to enjoy our stay with the indoor pool and some local hikes. Within walking distance to the village for dinner and shopping! Something for everyone!

Family getaway

This was a perfect spot for our kids and grandkids to have a winter getaway. The grandkids loved the fact they had a pool and the adults enjoyed the space for everyone to visit, play games and relax. The large table allowed for everyone to sit down together for meals and to sit and visit. We were close to the downtown to enjoy some outdoor activities and the shops and restaurants in the beautiful village! I would absolutely do it again!

Great Ladies Weekend!

We had a group of 16 ladies here for a 3 night mini vacation. The location was great, a short walk to the village - 20 minutes. There is lots to do at the village that we all enjoyed - something for everyone. The pool and the hot tub were superb! Lots of sitting room and a big dining table and coffee table in the living room that were great for a game of cards. Beds were comfy and plenty of room for all to sleep. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

We had a fantastic stay with our group! The chalet is perfect for large gatherings, very spacious, spotless, and well-equipped. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions, which made the whole experience seamless. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and host meals, each bedroom had fresh linens, and the bathrooms were spotless. The pool and hot tub were definite highlights, and with the Blue Mountain Village just minutes away, there was no shortage of things to do.

amazing place to take a family to

We found the inside exceptional for our 9 grandkids and family. The outside grass had just been cut but not cleaned up, it was all over the decks at the back beside the hot tub area and outside the deck where you go into the pool. My husband managed to sweep and clean up before the families arrived and it did the trick. I think the outside needs a little tender loving care but all in all it was a great place to take a family to.

Very disappointing.

Friday night went smooth, the house is very spacious, however there was a massive leak on Saturday which made the “heated” pool very cold. The did not fix the issue, they didn’t not compensate me for the problem, I’ve been trying to get in contact with someone regarding a refund and all of a sudden the company number isn’t being answered. The company did nothing but extend the check out time. This is false advertisement do not rent as the heated pool is cold, only 3 jets work in the jet ski. There also is no contact number for a manager.

Family getaway

We had our kids and grandkids for a family getaway and they loved it! The kids loved having the pool to swim in and there was lots of room for everyone to visit, play games and just have fun. It was close to the hills so we’re able to enjoy some outdoor activities as well. The owners of the chalet were very friendly and always happy to answer our questions before we arrived. I would absolutely consider this for our family again in future! It was enjoyed by adults and children making for a fun getaway😊!

Great place to stay with friends...indoor pools makes it enjoyable for kids all year long.

Very close to the village, makes it easy when traveling with small kids as you can come back and return to the village multiple times. Pool was awesome for the kids and loved the kitchen sitting area for bigger groups. Didn't like the fact that the patio door and the pool door didnt lock. Beds are not the most comfortable bed, they are very squeaky. Good for big groups.
