「Staying in a yurt was a unique experience for us. I believe it can be compared to sleeping in a tent in terms of hearing birds singing and other sounds of nature but without sacrificing the convenience of modern life like full bathroom and a kitchen. Our yurt (Green Ash) was very spacious for a couple, clean and stocked with everything we might need for our four night stay. It is self check-in, all the information was provided to us well in advance.」

「They did not inform that the balcony or patio is going under maintenance and won't be accessible. When I asked what compensation you can offer, they said none since it's listed on the website. I said, it's not on Expedia and I even had a message exchange with the host - they did not mention anything there. Still they refused to honor anything and continued.」

「Definitely not what I expected of a resort. There was nowifi and the desk did not explain that issue. You were given a coffee pot with no coffee, they should explain it’s not provided and you had to pay to get a cup. I’ve been in better hotels that give you coffee. The breakfast buffett is no refills on coffee. The room was just ok as far as cleanliness. The faucet at the makeup desk wasn’t secured and moved when used.
