“Extremely clean and comfortable! The only reason for 4 rather than 5 stars is I wish the website mentioned each room has a unique scent. I have a fragrance allergy and didn't see that about the scents until at the airport reading the check in material that was sent to me right before our stay (this material was well thought out and great!). You can buy candles in the scent of each room if you'd like, which is something that others probably really like. I called and they removed a diffuser or air……

“The room was very clean. We stayed during the snow storm and the heat in our room conked out. The after hours help was super quick and helpful. We were moved to another room quickly. ”

“Excellent in every way. Front desk welcoming, room comfortable and clean, robes and slippers. Valet parking service was spot on. Lowlands Restaurant, adjacent to the hotel, was excellent, both the food and service. Efficient check out. ”

Spacious, clean, quiet rooms with luxurious linens and incredibly comfortable beds and pillows.The bathroom was also tops with thick soft towels and the best smelling lotion and wash/soap but most importantly, the water pressure was amazing! Turndown service each night, with bottled water and fresh chocolate chip cookies, so yummy. The breakfast was very good with a nice selection. Staff were all so fantastic from helping us check in early, to restaurant recommendations to facilitating our bag storage while we checked out and went to tour College of Charleston (reason for our trip). Rooms were very comfortable - spacious, nice linens, very clean. Hotel design is beautiful. Highly recommend. ”

“My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay here. Made for the perfect Valentine’s weekend! Walkable to every restaurant and bar we wanted to explore. On a safe, relatively quiet street as well. Would definitely stay here again!”

“The breakfast wasn’t tasty and they never had coffee ready. The power went out at one point and the staff was just standing around instead of calling someone. They just never put the breakfast out, even when the power came back on. The valet guys were good but everyone else was lacking in the service dept. There was hair in the shower before I got there, and they never replenished the soap or one makeup wipe. ”
