“Property was lovely, in excellent condition and perfect for our family of 4 adults. Issue on check-in though because owner accidentally sent wrong key code. The stayz app was very slow in forwarding our communication back and forth so for awhile there we thought we were stuck. Fortunately the owner got a friend to ring us with correct code and stay was great thereafter. ”

“Don't be put off by the boring cream brick exterior and bare garden. The modernised, quality interior fitout, furnishings, and decor were top class. Clear labelling and instructions made it easy to operate everything - the coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, oven and TV. The location 2 blocks away from busy Portrush Rd meant relaxing quiet evenings and uninterrupted sleep in very comfy beds for our 5 night stay - and not even any spooky noises or ghostly visits from the cemetery across the……

“Incredibly clean and well presented apartment. The photos are accurate and the host is very welcoming and accommodating. Bed is comfortable. It rained a lot during my stay and the host kindly left an umbrella for me to use! It's close to bus routes and walking distance to shops and cafes. Only negative is the heater is a bit noisy but works just fine. Would stay here again. ”
