「I don't have much to say about the rooms; they're renovating, and while I did have an issue with my initial room, the night manager woman with dyed hair went above and beyond to make sure I had a better room, advised me on the area, and personally made the trip to inspect the new room. I'm willing to spare the stars from the room for her excellent customer service. I'm a business owner, so I also understand renovations; it's a thing that should happen sometimes.」

「12/25/2025 flew into Bismarck. Last minute hotel reservation due to ice storm and no travel advised. No places open to eat because it was Christmas. Staff took our family of 4 into the breakfast area and told us to make ourselves and home and eat/drink whatever we wanted. 」
