「I decided to book a spa break abroad as a solo traveller.
From the very moment I waked into the hotel I felt welcomed and relaxed. Nothing was too much trouble. Every single member of staff no matter what their position, was courteous and helpful.

「Upon arrival in my room the smell that greeted me was unbearable. It was coming from the drains and the whole room smelt awful. When shown the only other available room which was adjacent to my room, that room smelt also badly of drains. 「Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Zimmer groß und absolut sauber. Großer Nachteil: es war vom Fahrtlärm der Straße dermaßen laut, dass ich keine Nacht gut schlafen konnte. Die Lage ist soweit ok, man sollte aber vorher wissen, dass der nächste Supermarkt/Pub einfach 1,5 Kilometer entfernt liegen und das Zentrum nochmal 300 Meter weiter entfernt liegt. Dafür sind der Preis inklusive Frühstück trotzdem ziemlich gut.」
