"Very nice place to stay "

"Awful health hazard and they catch and kill pigeons in the bird netting then let them rot and decay outside room windows. The hotel needs shutting down "

"All was excellent our initial room had a shower area that didn’t drain so we were moved to another room straight away which was an actual upgrade and lovely and provided with a complimentary drink Living well staff were also lovely and always had a smile "

"We have stayed at this hotel several times because its not only within our budget; the rooms are lovely, comfortable and clean. The breakfast is excellent and the restaurant is popular. We will be staying again in a few weeks."

"Heating in room 426 doesn't work and the control box is making a buzzing sound. Should probably look at that. I was freezing cold all night. Smell of pee round toilet area, and a bit of an odd smell in the room, like old bedding (although the bed was very clean and comfortable). Could you put some kind of sign in the corridors reminding guests to be quiet in the evening and early morning?"

"pretty good and centrally located. Bath had a lose handle which was pretty dangerous. TBH forgot to report it. Otherwise pleasant stay, comfy bed and quiet for a central hotel in Nottingham"
