「We booked via expedia. Since we expect ourselves to arrive later than check in hours, we have requested expedia to contact the park for late check in arrangement. The reply from expedia is asking us to contact hotel directly. We arrived the park 18:01 and the reception is closed. Without receiving any safe box code from expedia, we stand in front of the gate with wind and rain. Fortunately, we called and left message to the park’s after hours mobile, and Belinda (the property manager)...

「Bungalow was in a great location but was underwhelming for the price. Needs a little maintenance. Hot water adjustment in shower, shower mould and fans need looking at. The cupboards still had clothes in them. There are no laundry facilities or kitchen so I think the price could do with a review. In saying that we still had a nice stay.」

「L’endroit est idyllique et paradisiaque surtout avec des enfants. Par contre, le Check in est lamentable. Tout d’abord, on m’envoie un no de code, mais arrivé sur place, il ne fonctionne pas. J’envoie la demande et 5 min plus tard, je reçois un autre code qui fonctionne. En arrivant devant l’appartement, il faut une clef. J’appelle et 15 min plus tard, j’apprend qu’il faut aller chercher la clef dans une boîte à clef située à 1 km de là. Cela aurait été bien plus simple si on m’avait donné...
