「The hotel was in a beautiful setting and really well decorated. Location is great and just a nice half hour walk to Whitby town. Staff were super helpful and friendly- particularly in the beach house and in the spa. The restaurant was ok. Food an bit overpriced and service wasn’t amazing- such as forgot our drinks a couple of times times and wine came after finished meal. Didn’t try food in beach house but looked nice. Opted for an outside bath room but water would only reach Luke warm, told It...

「There will be free ticket for whitby abbey. The building is nice and historical. Many facilities for guests to use. I like the drinking water the most. A bit difficult to find the entrance and the 199 steps to hostel is without light at night. It is a bit dangerous if you back to hostel late at night as you can't see the steps. The breakfast is very tasty and many different choices to choose.」

「Wonderful cottage close to Whitby and Robin Hoods Bay. Really cosy, spacious property great for families. Lovely log burner for winter nights. In a picturesque hamlet that is a 10 minute drive to the centre of Whitby. Wonderful views from the kitchen and great for star gazing from the skylight on the third floor. 」

This was primarily because the moment we arrived at the place we discovered the pets weren’t allowed anywhere beyond the ground floor and, if they were “well behaved” into the kitchen area. This accommodation can only be described as pet tolerant and not pet friendly.」

「It had a nice lounge area. The main bedroom is a little on the small size with not much room to get round the double bed and the bedding smelt musty. One bathroom for 3 bedrooms? Overall ok but probably would not stay again.」

「Just a short three day break the location was fantastic so peaceful Just the birds and sheep so relaxing. Have been to Scarborough many times and this is one of the best the cottage location is perfect and is fully equipped with everything you need and in immaculate condition, the only thing missing was black out blinds or curtains in the bedrooms otherwise perfect will definitely be back again 」
