“Stunningly appointed heritage property with traditional details and palatial bedrooms.The rooftop pool with tropical foliage is delightful and the Dar itself is stylishly decorated.The breakfast with cheeses and fresh fruits is also highly recommended,along with the chilled ambience and poolside music.A tranquil hidden gem.”

“Soundproofing is needed for the rooms. We were next door to a large family with crying children and on both nights were woken many times. We had a bad experience with a receptionist. I needed to return to a place in the countryside to pick up a forgotten item, about 25km away. He told us he could arrange private transport. We asked how much. He asked if we wanted a price in euros. We said no, a price in dinars. He told us 60 dinars. We agreed. We waited 30 minutes for the driver. When he arrived……

“My husband and I absolutely love this hotel. There’s welcoming drinks when we checked in and macarons in the room. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Our room is quiet(best thing for this hotel), bright, spacious and with a big balcony with sea view. The breakfast has a lot selections and the food has a certain quality. We also love the dinner at the restaurant in hotel; it’s a bit pricey but really worthy and delicious . The beach is beautiful and quiet. However, it’s not the most convenient……

“The main issue was the room. It felt neglected and not well maintained, which affected overall comfort. Cleanliness and upkeep could definitely be improved. Staff interactions were limited, but when needed, support felt minimal and not very proactive. It was mostly the condition of the room and the lack of attentive follow-up that made the stay less than ideal.”

“Struttura accogliente. Secondo me da migliore nel parcheggio auto. Ci sono state troppe richieste e i parcheggi auto molto pochi.”

“De nombreuses prestations annoncées lors de la réservation n’ont pas été respecté. Malgré ma demande, l’hôtel n’a pas géré le transfert aéroport /hotel au début du séjour. Les goûtés qui devaient être servit se sont limités à de simple morceaux de pains laissés dans une panière. Les piscines extérieures ne sont pas entretenues et étaient pleines d’algues et de détritus. Les draps étaient tachés et les couvertures ne sentaient pas bon.”
