"The airport shuttle was the best part of the trip. No matter what you pay for a place to lay your head it should be clean and not smell like smoke. I asked for another room that was slightly better than the previous room"

"The ladies at the front desk were both really nice and understanding however the male had an attitude because I wanted him to find out what was all the noise above me during the day after a long drive I just wanted to sleep. He told me he didn’t know however the lady stated there were repairs going on and they’re on a deadline, she asked him to go upstairs because few people called. The noise did stop however I was so upset with him because I shouldn’t have to deal with attitude from him when I have a problem. He just didn’t want to deal with anything or had to just move to check ( he told me he was going to call security however I didn’t see not 1 security while I was there; he just wanted to dismissed me and that wasn’t going to work. If it wasn’t for his coworker asking him to go up I may have left because the noise was just too much"
