The location was central, the apartments setup was very functional, nice linens and kitchen ware. The downstairs large bedroom was very comfortable, a handrail would be helpful. In the twin bed room Blackout curtains are needed to help block ALL NIGHT STREET LIGHTS and noise.The bathroom needs help, you need to paint the ceiling with marine paint so the unvented humid room, will not let mold to grow, the overhead shower is broken, only the handhelp one works and please consider change out the oversized cupboard as its hard to get to the sink. I own alot of properties so I am just trying to make your cute apartment more comfortably. Please note: we would enjoy staying here again, but these suggestion would greatly improve someones stay.

Nicht zu empfehlen !!!

Wir wurden auf ganzer Linie enttäuschen. Im Erdgeschoss konnte kein Fenster geöffnet werden. Im Küchenbereich und im Bad (befindet sich ebenfalls im Erdgeschoss) gab es zwei Deckenlüfter, welche allerdings beide nicht funktionierten. Somit war es fast nicht möglich die Wärme, Luftfeuchtigkeit und Gerüche aus Küche und Bad/ Toilette aus der Wohnung zu bekommen. Im Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss ( Zimmer mit Doppelstockbett) war es extrem warm und stickig (bei 23 Grad Außentemperatur immer ca. 27-28 Grad Raumtemperatur). Möchte mir gar nicht vorstellen wie warm es wird, wenn es draußen richtig warm ist. Das Schlafzimmer im Untergeschoss (Keller) hatte in einem kleinen Lichtschacht ein Kellerfenster welches zwar schlecht zugänglich ist, sich aber als einzigstes Fenster in der ganzen Wohnung öffnen ließ. Leider war aber auch dieses kaputt, so dass es sich nicht verriegeln ließ (kann von außen einfach aufgedrückt werden) und auch eine Kippfunktion nicht möglich war. Das Fenster liegt ebenerdig zum Gehweg auf der Straßenseite, wo sich auch immer recht viele Tauben befinden. Also wer keine Lust hat, Nachts ungebetenen Besuch zu bekommen, sollte es dann vielleicht doch zu machen.Alles in allem ist die Wohnung sehr abgewohnt und hat einige Schäden und Sachen die nicht funktionieren.Den Vermieter hatten wir über die Probleme informiert. Es gab aber keinerlei Reaktion auf unser Anliegen. Leider gab es auch vom Service von FeWo direkt nur hinhaltende und beschwichtigende Rückmeldungen.

Piepklein appartement met zeer kleine badkamer. Geen zetel(s) in living wegens te klein.

Heel netjes onderhouden en goede verbinding met openbaar vervoer. Graag ter plaatse meer uitleg over gebruik openbaar vervoer en TV ( uitgebreide handleiding die niet te volgen is). Ik kon de Vrbo app downloaden, maar niet openen.
