「The most precious part of this hotel is their staff, they are polite, helpful and passionate. We celebrated birthday there, before I arrived I asked the hotel to prepare some decorations(complimentary) in the room before we check in, and it turned out to be a big surprise that they presented a birthday cake and sang birthday song together once we arrived at the lobby felt like friends. We stayed at the residence suite this time, the room is spacious and clean, quiet at night, just a few steps...

「Very clean and cozy room. Beds are super comfortable and we especially enjoyed the bath there. Housekeepers are nice enough to have all our clothes folded properly. Not the busiest location which is good too because after a day trip to Angkor Wat you wouldnt want to stay at a hotel right next to the pub street. 10mins walk from the pub street though. Freshly squeezed juice on arrival with cooling towels which were very welcome considering the heat. Food was great and the margaritas exceptional. Close to everything. Only drawback was the proximity to one of the hostels, making it a bit noisy in the evening. 」
