“We stayed for 4 nights at the Inn On the Avenue and had a lovely stay. Our hostess, Carol, was incredibly friendly and helpful. We stayed in the Starfish Room, and the room was very clean and had all of the amenities we would need. Breakfast was also delicious - pancakes with a delicious array of toppings and then a rotating main dish. The B&B is located in the heart of the Flagler District, near lots of shopping and restaurants and just a few blocks from the beach.”

“Our place was spectacular! It was clean and very current in fixtures and finishes. We were there a week and the kitchen was great, the master was very nice. Linens were clean. We loved it. The owners are renovating the property and if the rest of the property is brought to the level of the unit we stayed in, it will be a spectacular place! We’re already looking for next year!”

“Great location with plenty of parking. Suite was spacious and clean. Sofá bed was not as comfortable but ok for a small kid. No elevators so keep that in mind as you might have to walk 3 flights of stairs.”

“First room they gave us smelled heavy of smoke and they quickly changed our room assignment while apologizing along the way for something that wasn’t their fault. They quickly did this while the hotel was heavily booked and almost midnight. This was a great experience from the staff”
