“My wife and I came for her birthday. We’ve always wanted to try a B&B and this was our first one. The staff were beyond wonderful. The food and the atmosphere were fantastic. The property is so clean and comfortable so it was really easy to relax. We were in The Jane on the third floor and thankfully they have an elevator as I am recovering from an injury and stairs are very difficult for me. I enjoyed the room and it was clean with a very comfortable bed that we really enjoyed relaxing in.……

“From the time we arrived until we left the next morning everything was perfect! Audrey who checked us in showed us the entire property and was so friendly and helpful. I called the day before we arrived to confirm our reservation and mentioned that it was my husband’s birthday. When Audrey took us to our room there was a complimentary bottle of wine waiting. The room was spectacular with so much detail and nothing left to chance. The water view from our balcony came complete with dolphin……

“Overall i didn't think this property was as good as it was rated. Our room wasnt very clean upon arrival, we had to ask 3 days in a row for house keeping to come and they only delivered towels, no cleaning. They put in a special request for full housekeeping the day before we left (out of 7) Breakfast was just ok, nothing special, typical with limited healthy options,. The Starbucks on site is also only a partial starbucks only doing the basics. The pool is small but overlooks the ocean.……

“We only had the partial view and it was fine. The one thing I wish they did have is continental breakfast. But that's ok, plenty of good places nearby.”

“The property had a great beach front location and the Boston Fish House across the street was great. The hotel itself is a bit dated and worn. There was a musty/mildew smell. Would probably book a different hotel next time.”

“Got to the hotel and there was already commotion from part of our large group visiting for Jeep Beach. The rooms were dirty, smelly, beds were done but obviously sheets had not been changed from previous guests. Pillows were dirty and still had head imprints and gel like residue. Carpets and room were musky almost mold smelling. There were cigarettes burns and a very suspicious spot on the sofa that looks like body fluid. I let the front desk know and they had me and a few other friends going……

“Horrible experience, no reception, no pool, no balcony, bed was broken, dirty. They are remodeling but they don’t say anything and charge same price. The room was ok but the floor was dirty”
